DINNER FOR 4
Timmy and I hosted our best friends for dinner on Saturday night. We started with a little cheese plate – light on the carbs! I loooove this sharp Gouda from Whole Foods. It is so delicious with the grapes and marcona almonds. Our friends then made a veggie platter with homemade babaganoush and a beautiful mixed greens salad with tons of veggies. We then topped it off with slow roasted ribs and butter glazed string beans from Chrissy Tiegen’s new cookbook Cravings!
It has been so fun setting the table with all of the things that we got from our wedding registry. I’m really enjoying this nesting phase 🙂
