Over the last few weeks and months I haven’t been able to work out as much because I felt so sick from my pregnancy. I am finally feeling well enough and am getting back on the workout train. I sent Paige to check out a new barre studio (on ClassPass) in Brentwood called Barreworks! My doctor suggested that I do more strength training. 

The classes are great and the studio is so clean! Plus they have a quickie — 45 minute — class in the mornings before work! 15 minutes more of sleep is always a plus. I also love how focused the class makes you — you are guided into stretches, lifts, etc. that teaches you to connect your mind and body.
