This past weekend both my mom and sister slept over in our newly decorated guest room and said they had one of the best nights sleep ever because the bedding was just “the absolute softest”.  This obviously made me sooo happy given I’ve always wanted to be the hostess with mostest. When it came time to buy bedding for this room, I instantly knew I wanted the Parachute Collection to outfit the space.

In our old place in Venice, our guests had to sleep on couches with random blankets and throw pillows. So it was very important to me that this new room become a sanctuary and a cozy place for our guests to rest peacefully.

I’ve been following Parachute’s journey for years and even invested in a set of sheets for my own bed a couple years ago- which are my husband and my favorites. Their modern bedding essentials, unfussy style and natural color palette are inspired by the effortless beauty of  their Venice Beach home. I wanted this room to feel like an oasis and the bedding did just that. I chose one set of percale and one set of sateen as well as duvets and shams to go with. I love how the sand color plays off the beachy artwork above the bed in my percale set. It’s just so calming.
The texture of the bedding is incomparable. My eyes are actually getting droopy just thinking about them! You feel like you are sleeping on a cloud!
I even got the robes and slippers  for my guests so they feel like they are staying at a hotel! I lay them over each side of the bed. It’s so funny!
Here’s also a super cute pic of Sonny laying on their super soft new swaddle blanket! Have you ever seen anything cuter?? Just had to throw that in there. I’m an annoying mom already!
