MY NURSERY REVEAL

I recently teamed up with Joss & Main to design the perfect gender neutral nursery for Sonny. When we bought our new house, we knew we wanted it to be a peaceful and serene environment and this nursery was no different. I worked with Donna Garlough, Joss & Main’s Style Director, who really listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out products that would keep it gender neutral without being too boring.

We used the Idea Boards feature on Joss & Main to collaborate on product picks for both the nursery and my master bedroom, primarily picking out Moroccan accents, light wood finishes and neutral colors. The wallpaper was a last minute addition and I absolutely love it! It’s such a pretty print, in the right color without being too gender specific.

There were 5 things that were huge priorities to me, some more obvious than others! A cribdresser that acted as a changing table, soft rugglider and day bed. We use the glider to feed him and calm him and the day bed is perfect for when we want to lay down in there and just stare at him or take a little snooze while he sleeps. I also love the pendant we chose, which makes a big statement and isn’t too expensive at all.

The end result of this nursery is everything we had envisioned, and I can’t believe how easy the process was. The best part? Everything we chose for Sonny’s nursery is both affordable and stylish. You can shop the entire look of Sonny’s nursery on Joss & Main now until October 23!
