One of my favorite things to do with extra flowers in my house is use them to create a beautiful edible dish. I had some extra (edible) flowers laying around from Mother’s Day and an assortment of cheeses from putting together one of my signature cheese plates. I decided to get creative with what I had in front of me and thus this beautiful floral cheese work of art was born! I used Herbed Chévre, but any kind of soft cheese will work. Select a variety of small blooms to decorate with and voila! You’ve created a colorful instagram-worthy masterpiece! Trust me, all of your friends will definitely be trying to pass off this creation as their own genius idea. Who knew cheese could look so pretty?!?
