Last week I had the honor and privilege to kick off Bike to Work Month with goodnessknows snack squares, one of my favorite snack bars — the cranberry, almond, dark chocolate is my favorite:). Being active on a daily basis is so important to me! Even if you can’t get to the gym every day it’s nice to know that we can leave the car keys at home and hop on our bikes and break a sweat. Whether you have a 3 minute commute or a 30 minute commute biking to work will make you feel so much better, and so productive, I know it helps me!
