Paige and I have been on ClassPass for quite some time! Paige a little longer than I so she has become a great source of knowledge on all the studios in LA. Here are some of her favorites!


SoCal Hot Yoga: This is my all time favorite hot yoga class. The studio plays fun pop music during a series of Vinyasa flows. At the end of class you do a few minutes of abs which makes you feel that much more strengthened!

PopPhysique: 45 or 60 minutes of barre will get all your little muscles toned! For those of you who don’t like doing the same thing for the entire class will love this class. Every few minutes you change it up and work out a different body part. If your instructor asks for a recommendation, ask for the Jane Fonda.

Elliptifit: I never knew an elliptical workout existed outside of the gym! Elliptifit is a 45 minute workout on the westside that works your arms, abs, and legs. It is a good cardio class and makes you look at the Elliptical in a whole way!

PLATEFIT: This 30 minute workout is awesome! It is fun, fast and great cardio. The workout is backed by research and introduces a high intensity interval training class. The plate vibrates as you move through different positions and gets all those little muscles engaged.
