Hotel Life: Working Out on the Go

We all deal with those insanely hectic weeks when completing our regular workout regimen just isn’t an option. I personally do quite a bit of traveling for work, often for weeks at a time so I know how hard it is to make time to exercise. However, I try not to let my schedule stand in the way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

It’s common to skip exercising altogether when you don’t have time for a full workout, but there is a solution to making it more accessible. I’ve come to find that taking 5-10 minutes for a few easy moves is a great way to stay fit and still make it to that 9am meeting.

This is my go-to workout when I’m traveling and unable to do my usual routine. NO EXCUSES!

50 Sit-ups

15 Chair Dips

15 Step-Up/Lunge Down

15 Lunges

15 Push-ups
