Wrapping up our bathroom series! For the first 2 years of his life, Sonny shared a bathroom with Timmy and me. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but once we started this renovation process I knew we would all appreciate him having his own! We had gotten used to giving him a bath in the sink or our bathtub but we were ready for our independent bathing experiences. (Especially now since we are in the potty training phase!) I think this one was the most exciting because we were starting from absolute scratch.
Here to continue our much anticipated (at least by me…) bathroom reveal!! Last time, I showed you our master. In case you missed it, you can find all of the pics and shoppable links to it HERE! Now it’s time for the guest bathroom!!
We made a lot of changes to our house when we moved in; however, we had to put bathrooms on the back burner. We had just had Sonny and decided that the kitchen was the first project to tackle. The bathrooms were so charming and reminded me a lot of my childhood- with the colored and printed tiles-but we knew we wanted to make them our own.
Like most schools, Sonny’s has been canceled until likely after his spring break which is Mid April. It is important to us that we continue to encourage and support his development so we got him some enriching Montessori style toys.
I hope everyone is being safe, smart and clean. I know it’s so scary right now! The media covering is overwhelming. There is a lot of information out there about what we should do to prevent getting this, however, I am not seeing that much about what to do if we contract it.
Today, I have a very special Vacay Edition of “What I Wore, Used and <3’ed This Week” for you! I just got back from an incredible trip to Mexico with Timmy. It was the vacation of a lifetime, and I was so grateful for every second.
This past week was an exciting one! I had several work events which forced me to put myself together! PLUS I got all prepped for our getaway trip to Mexico this week!! Stay tuned for my vacay looks. For now, here are all the products I wore, used and loved.
My best friend, Jo, is such a thoughtful and amazing chef! I trust her recipes completely. They are always healthy and family friendly! She has a really bad case of SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) which keeps her small intestine from breaking down food like it normally should. Her holistic doctor has taught her all about food and the gut. SO everything she cooks is gut friendly.
I hope you are having a great weekend!! This past week was a whirlwind and so busy…in the best way! Excited to share so many new things with you. Until then, here are all the products I wore, used and loved.
A lot of you have been asking me how I achieve my natural hair texture! This process is my absolute GO TO. I have never been confident in doing my own hair, however, this trick makes it so easy, quick…and looks great!! PLUS NO HOT TOOLS.
