I am so excited to share the news that my Bridesmaid Robes are back in stock!!! I designed these robes for all the ladies in my life to wear while we got ready for my wedding. The prints remind me of Palm Springs and The Beverly Hills Hotel. The robes are available in three prints, so get yours before they sell out again!
As you may or may not know, within the last year three Port girls have gotten married!! I know, pretty crazy! Each of us, unique yet similar, and had very different styles when it came to the dress! After doing the dress shop circuit — Kleinfeld’s to Saks to Monique Lhuillier — we landed at LOHO Bride for Paige’s perfect dress.
So, I got married a year ago and it was everything that was wonderful! However, there was one thing that stressed me out and caused a lot of confusion throughout the year and that was MY REGISTRY! I registered at three different places with various shipment policies, return policies, and a whole lot of other “policies” that made it so difficult for me to organize and for my guests to purchase.
Finding a dress for my wedding was a very daunting task. I had so many different ideas and visions for what I wanted.
I can’t believe that this week Tim and I will hit the 6 month marriage mark! It seems like not too long ago we were in the midst of planning.
Naturally, I designed my dress before I decided on my beauty look for my wedding day. Since it was a bit nontraditional, with a little princessy vibe in the back and party in the front, I wanted my hair to highlight these two juxtaposing styles. I opted for a sleek, modern up-do while adding a little edge to the bun with the straight ends sticking out!
I have never felt prettier than on my wedding day. Phoebe Ogan (@phoebs24), the most talented makeup artist I know, executed the perfect “soft wash” on my face.
Since our wedding was outdoors on a big lawn, we decided to outfit the space with a bunch of lounge areas.
For our wedding we decided not to do a sit down dinner and really make the space feel like one big living room.
