This week was busy and productive. Per the norm right now!! Working to not judge myself on my level of productivity and remind myself that each thing I do, no matter how “big,” is meaningful. My sister, Jade, and her husband, Brett, are in town and staying with use for a couple weeks! It’s so nice to have someone like her to be here to lean on. Someone that really gets you. We recorded a podcast this week and you can catch that on Tuesday on WITH WHIT! The process of COZECO is continues. We are in the website design phase! Can’t wait can’t wait can’t wait.
Not only am I thrilled that it is Friday but also that it’s a three day weekend! YAY! This week, I was very productive and able to tap into my creative side a lot. I love when I can spend time doing that, as it is when I feel happiest in my work. I focused on a lot of things for my lounge line, COZECO including naming all of the pieces in the collection! Did final fittings. Met with marketing agencies. Recorded an awesome podcast. Did therapy. Worked Out. Packed lunches. Wow. So. Much. Exciting. Stuff.
SATURDAYYYYYYYYYYYYyyyyy. What a WEEK! Well actually several weeks!! So much has been happening. As you may have seen on Instagram, COZECO is well underway!! Mark your calendars for APRIL 2021. I can’t express how excited I am. I really hope you enjoy the collection as much as I do!! Stay tuned for more updates!!!
I hope everyone is doing well! This week was a little up and down for me. However, I am trying to be proud of myself for acknowledging and paying attention to my feelings. It is easier to put them on a shelf and ignore. I didn’t do that. One thing that really rocked my world – in the BEST way – was that I decided on a name for my upcoming loungewear collection!!!! COZECO!!!! I am SOOOO excited. In case, y’all missed it…I am working on a loungewear collection. It is my newest baby, and I am so excited to share more of the process and, in the end, the collection with you. SO – I am SHINING for taking care of my needs this week AND for COZECO!
Prior to quarantine, I didn’t have a designated work space. If I wasn’t at an event, filming or recording my podcast, WITH WHIT, I was working from home at my breakfast table. It was tough. It was hard to concentrate on what I needed to do for work, as I got distracted by things that needed to be done around the house or for Timmy and Sonny. On top of that, I didn’t have a spot for anything.
We got through 2020! Shine!! I am kicking 2021 off with my morning skincare ritual that I created during quarantine. It is the best way to start my day. I feel clean, refreshed, rejuvenated, ready to face the day…all the things! I swear by all of the products I use. Some are a little bit of a splurge, so I recommend buying just one of the expensive ones.
I’m back!! I hope you all are hanging in there as our world continues to present stress, anxiety and an unknown future. Ugh! It’s all just so much! I want to thank you all so much for being such a supportive community to me and each other. It means so much.
Last one!! I hope these gift guides have been helpful! I’ve enjoyed making them. I don’t know about you, but I always have a few gifts that I am always scrambling for at the last minute (that’s normal, right? I hope so), and I am so sick of spending $ so I need affordable options. Affordable options are also sometimes the hardest because you don’t want to seem cheap! Anyways, here is a comprehensive of last minute affordable gifts that are thoughtful, creative and crowd pleasers! Even though they are dubbed last minute, that doesn’t mean a thing.
As promised, here is my gift guide for kids!! It has a good mix of toys you both will love, books with beautiful messages, fun fashion finds and just cute stuff! Right now, Sonny is in the “PLAY WITH ME!” phase, so I chose gifts that we both could enjoy! The stars on his ceiling are the best art project for you ever! So therapeutic. Hopefully these ideas will help you find those last minute gifts you need for the kids in your life! I promise they will love any of this! Well, maybe not the clothes, but, everything else.
Who else has a hard time buying for men? Timmy deserves so much but I have to admit, he is kind of hard to shop for! I have been listening to him more than ever, picking up on his cues, doing my research and listening to you! You all gave such creative suggestions. So here is a comprehensive list of everything I have found and some things Timmy added in himself.
