How are you?? I hope you are feeling those pre-weekend happy feelings! I am so thankful that we finally have some light with so many people getting vaccinated. I am feeling so much more at ease knowing that we are getting to whatever the new normal is going to be. This week was a really great week I have to say. I accomplished so much more than I thought I would! I completely combated that feeling of laziness/ambivalence I’ve been having, so I am really proud of myself. That feels good.
My sister Jade just left – I’m so sad. But, so so so grateful that we were able to spend so much time together. I cherish it. While she was here, I had her on my podcast!! Have you listened yet?? Check it out on Apple or Spotify! Subscribe to my podcast if you haven’t yet!! Would love for you to not miss an ep. Also, rate and write a review. I really want to know what you think. Tell me what you want to hear more or less of.
This week was busy and productive. Per the norm right now!! Working to not judge myself on my level of productivity and remind myself that each thing I do, no matter how “big,” is meaningful. My sister, Jade, and her husband, Brett, are in town and staying with use for a couple weeks! It’s so nice to have someone like her to be here to lean on. Someone that really gets you. We recorded a podcast this week and you can catch that on Tuesday on WITH WHIT! The process of COZECO is continues. We are in the website design phase! Can’t wait can’t wait can’t wait.
Not only am I thrilled that it is Friday but also that it’s a three day weekend! YAY! This week, I was very productive and able to tap into my creative side a lot. I love when I can spend time doing that, as it is when I feel happiest in my work. I focused on a lot of things for my lounge line, COZECO including naming all of the pieces in the collection! Did final fittings. Met with marketing agencies. Recorded an awesome podcast. Did therapy. Worked Out. Packed lunches. Wow. So. Much. Exciting. Stuff.
We got through 2020! Shine!! I am kicking 2021 off with my morning skincare ritual that I created during quarantine. It is the best way to start my day. I feel clean, refreshed, rejuvenated, ready to face the day…all the things! I swear by all of the products I use. Some are a little bit of a splurge, so I recommend buying just one of the expensive ones.
Last one!! I hope these gift guides have been helpful! I’ve enjoyed making them. I don’t know about you, but I always have a few gifts that I am always scrambling for at the last minute (that’s normal, right? I hope so), and I am so sick of spending $ so I need affordable options. Affordable options are also sometimes the hardest because you don’t want to seem cheap! Anyways, here is a comprehensive of last minute affordable gifts that are thoughtful, creative and crowd pleasers! Even though they are dubbed last minute, that doesn’t mean a thing.
Who else has a hard time buying for men? Timmy deserves so much but I have to admit, he is kind of hard to shop for! I have been listening to him more than ever, picking up on his cues, doing my research and listening to you! You all gave such creative suggestions. So here is a comprehensive list of everything I have found and some things Timmy added in himself.
Hope you all had a wonderful week!! Mine was busy and productive, so I am going to let myself truly relax and feel accomplished this weekend! Here is everything I wore, used and loved this week! Send me a DM on IG if you have any questions about brands or pieces I am wearing. You can follow all of my shopping swipe ups in my SHOPPING highlight on IG.
The holiday season is upon us! I have mixed emotions about it but like it or not it’s here. This year has…well sucked. Right? We are changing all of our normal holiday plans and it is a bummer. I miss my family and wish that we could all just be together. We all have to be to be safe and love from a distance. I love getting people gifts and this year especially I am putting a lot of thought into them. I want everyone I love to feel special.
I hope you were all able to have a happy Thanksgiving in the midst of all of the baseline stress each of us are feeling. My heart is with you. We spent our holiday soaking each other up, trying our best to fill up each other’s love buckets…and being lazy. I loved it. I have been cherishing the moments to sit and do nothing.
