I AM SO SO SO HAPPY to finally share my latest collection in collaboration with Rent the Runway, LOVE WHIT!!! Designing this collection was as true joy and beaming light in my life. For the first time in a while, I felt so confident as a designer and passionate about my vision. I stayed loyal to it throughout!!

My goal with this collection is to give my audience a vast array of pieces that not only speak to one another but also are beyond versatile. Everything in this collection can be dressed up with heals and light blazer or down with a pair of classic sneaks and simple gold chains. Most of all, I wanted everyone with all styles to be able to wear this – girly girl, tom boy, rocker edgy, preppy, business ready, hipster, boho – any of you can wear something in this drop of Love, Whit! We experimented with interesting textiles and beautiful color palettes.

One thing I really love about RTR is that its whole business model is sustainable. The concept of renting promotes limited production, which keeps excess and waste from occurring. AND it’s great for you because you get a piece for as long as you like, then you can send it back and get something else! (OR you can buy it if you love 😉).

The collection includes bright, festive and unique color pairings like this and edgy blacks and crisp whites. Five of the styles are made from BCI cotton, and one has Eco Chiffon. The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is the world’s leading sustainability initiative for cotton that promotes better standards in cotton farming and practices across 21 countries. Eco Chiffon is made from recycled polyester or nylon and products made from sustainable types of rayon, such as lyocell or, to a lesser extent, modal. So happy to be able to continue making design choices to better the fashion industry.
