What I Want For Mother's Day!

Happy Almost Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there! This is my second Mother’s Day with Sonny, and this year has already been extra special. Definitely much more fulfilling and enjoyable than the first ;). Not that I didn’t love my first year, but it was trying, as many of you know. The infant stage was hard but the toddler phase is just the best. I am SOOOO excited now to wake up and be a mom to Sonny every single morning.

This Mother’s Day, I collaborated with Amazon Handmade, which is an artisan-only online community where talented creators can sell amazing, unique items! Handmade has an application process that allows them to audit production methods to ensure all products are genuinely handcrafted and items that Customers can trust and Artisans can be proud of. I love that Amazon is respecting, celebrating and highlighting small businesses.

This past Sunday, I hosted an event with them that was SO much fun. Mom’s all over LA brought their kids and participated in activities put on by these incredible Artisans. There was engraving, card making, flower bouquet arranging, garland making and so much more. I’m so grateful that I got to experience the day with Sonny! Any opportunity he has to make new friends and run around and use his hands is ideal for me! Though he may or may not have almost blinded me with a colored pencil, because he was so excited…
